FZ3KB is a FEZ-like minigame created in HTML5. The entire game is self-contained, which means it only needs a browser to run. On top of that, the entire game weighs less than 3 kilobytes (2939 bytes)! Small enough to be fit within a single QR code!
Controls
- Left and right arrow keys to move
- Space to jump
- A and D to shift perspective
- Down+Space to fall down platforms

I decoded the blinking light, but I don't get what it means? Is it hinting on something?

The only thing that should be fixed is that it should't scroll down in the browser window when you press ↓.
