Hakkeri: The Legend Of Hexcellence

Hakkeri: The Legend of Hexcellence is an experimental physics puzzle video game. You play as an ancient forest spirit, with a simple goal - ascend to the Hexcellent Sun. In order to do this, you have to figure out and master a forgotten knowledge of hexadecimal spells, each capable of conjuring a magical field of specific properties. 

Can you understand a pattern behind the code and merge with the sun?

This game was created for raylib 6.x gamejam.

Controls

General:

• WSAD - move around
• Mouse - look around
• Spacebar - jump
• 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 - cast a hex spell
• Tab - open the hex editor

Hex editor:

• 1 to 9 and A to F - input hexadecimal digit into current cursor position
• Up and Down - change currently edited spells
• Left and Right - move cursor position
• Tab - exit the hex editor

Settings binds:

• + and - - change volume
• [ and ]  - change sensitivity
